The first article is about how to organize cloud storage for user by using an audiovisual material to provided new storage of institution for example archives or record centers more effectiveness. However, this article also mention that the risk of storing the data in manually and the benefit of using the cloud more efficiency rather than using a manual storing to make a virtual backup data. Meanwhile, for the second article mention about successful of this National Archives in Kenya because of they develop a record service, opening five regional centres and finding aids. Besides that, this article included major aspects of manage their public sector records remain the regulation of governing the management and also do a disposal by using the system life cycle. This article focus on the management of life cycle of records other than managed archival preservation stage. |
