| Summary: | Consumer commonly shop through physical store and sometimes more likely to opt in online shopping. Online shopping also known as e-shopping or internet shopping is a channel that consumers can do their shopping activities over the internet. Through online seller and customers can have their business transaction online. However, there a limitation especially to special needs individuals for example special needs seller where they might face few difficulties and outdated in comparison with normal sellers. For example, existing applications interface are more focuses on sellers in general for commercialize their product online with no special need-friendly interface such as screen readers or voice command input interface. Hence to improve the application that specializes for special need sellers, CareAbility is the apps that 100% focus on special needs sellers to commercialize their products online. CareAbility can help the special needs sellers and customers to buy comfortably with the help from the advancement technology from the apps that have “voice command input” for people with vision impairment issues and “screen reader features” to communicate in the process of selling and buying. CareAbility is also collaborating with courier companies to help special needs sellers to arrange deliveries for their products to customers without going to the courier centres, this service is specially designed for all special need sellers as they will be assisted and co-managed by CareAbility when the sellers are ready to ship the parcel to the customers. CareAbility is designed to assist the special needs sellers to commercialize their product and customers to shop in CareAbility. |
