The survey involved the participation of 345 respondents in this research and all were successfully collected. The descriptive analysis, reliability test, and multiple regression analysis are obtained by SPSS software. Lastly, the limitations encountered and the recommendations for future studies have been discussed in the chapter 5 of this research
