description The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted private higher education and forcing institutions to change its learning methods to virtual learning. Hence, higher education institutions have adopted virtual learning which is a common and required educational method. Students, on the other hand, are unsatisfied with this educational system for a variety of reasons, including unfamiliarity with virtual learning, a shorter lecture duration, and an inability to support them in their future careers. Therefore, the number of students enrolling in private higher education institutions has drastically decreased. This purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting student satisfaction with virtual learning in private higher education institutions in Malaysia during the COVID-19 pandemic. It studies whether the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, service quality, information quality, and student and instructor interaction influence student’s satisfaction with virtual learning.
