Correlation analysis shows there are positive significant correlated relationship with all the variables. Regression analysis shows the R-squared value is 0.25 was explains how the independent variables affect or are related to the dependent variable, and thus, helps in explaining the nature, direction and relationship between the independent variables (safety compliance, safety knowledge and safety training) and dependent variable (safety motivation). The impact of independent variables indicate the company need to be taking into account to increase the safety motivation among employees.
