The DGS is designed and simulated using
Advanced Design Software. Then, the layout of
the DGS is fabricated for verification. The result
shows a correlation between simulation and
measurement for open to short circuit performance
where the simulated impedance of the DGS at
short circuit is 2.39 Ohm while the measured
impedance is 5.58 Ohm . |
