All that and the others, led to the loss of prestige of the Fatwa and the opinions of scholars that used to have significant impact in the hearts of people. This issue is particularly important at this time where the multiple sources of Fatwa and means to spread resulted in a lot of differences and contradictions that give rise to confusion and a lack of agreement. This study, which calls for the analysis of the facts with legitimacy that can only be done through the reform of religious discourse and the reality of the Fatwa by institutional teamwork, and from this point of view, scholars need to work together.
