The purpose of this research is to identify the degree of the importance of spiritual purifying (Tazkiyyatun Nafssi) factor as the most effective formula in human development and to determine a successful and prosperous life in the world and Thereafter for individual, society and the community. In obtaining the data, several techniques have been used such as library research, interviews, observation, ideal analysis as well as an attentive deal to the specific documents. The result of this research has shown that the spiritual purifying factor determines the flourishing community life in this world and Thereafter. Furthermore, it indicates its implication in relieving spiritual crisis, mental stress and resisting the spiritual evil.
