| 总结: | In forgoing ahead to globalization era, we have been encountering with several
serious problem that emerged by previous 'ulamak'. These problems arouse based on
effect of critical knowledge development, resulting to economic alteration politic,
social in society point, science and technology evolvement has caused to the various
matters that must be critically viewed by 'tilantak' and specialist. By that reason Islam
must being flexible with human changing needs. Thus, the writer has chosen this issue
to write a thesis titled of "ljtihad and its Importance towards Fatwa ". This writings is
elaborating and exploring about several integral matters which pertaining with 'ijtihad
method' that have been practiced by most of 'ulaniak' today as well as accomplished
in 'usul fiqh'. This new method will be correlating with a fatwa application method
and becoming a solution for the existed issue, it is enclosing of field of muamalat,
munakahat and medical criminal included science and technology aspect, furthermore
this thesis will be exploring about important point relating with 'Majlis Fatwa
Kebangsaan' and its contribution towards Islamic development in Malaysia.
Reviewing relevant documents and library studies were the tools employed for data
gathering purposes. The result of this thesis will be ensuring that ijtihad is an
important instrument in produce a fatwa. |
