| 總結: | This research aims to identify opinions and difference of opinions among four Muslim
scholars concerning with the concept of khuluk .This research focuses on the procedures
of khuluk divorce in Negeri Sembilan Syariah Court. In this research, the writer uses
descriptive method to explain the concept of khuluk and its implementation in detail in
the court. To clarify its meaning, the writer also uses this method to study the difference
of scholar's opinion about khuluk. This research is made also through the analytical
method to analysis the trial procedures of khuluk registered at the court. According to
result of this research, the writer discover that to initiate proceeding of khuluk case, the
claim must be started wit summon together with statement of claim and sent to the
defendant. The writer finds out also that this case must be heard and decided in the open
court or in the chamber. |
