| الملخص: | This research is developed to understand deeply about Brain Death issue that has been
discussed between doctors and Islamic scholars. To narrow down this research scope
more in detail, the writer has chosen several views and the latest Islamic judgment on
the brain death issue. In this research, the writer also discusses the meaning of brain
death, its parts, types and its conditions and also a bit discussion about Euthanasia.
Besides, the writer also used some evidence which be used by Islamic scholars in
determine someone's death. In this research the writer also discusses the concept of
brain death and its importance in decide someone death. At the end of this research,
the writer also touches on the differences views between Islamic scholars and doctors
and also their proof on this issue and the application of brain death nowadays. |
