The highest repetition rate and the maximum pulse energy were obtained at 63 kHz and 91 nJ, respectively. A signal to noise ratio (SNR) as high as 49 dB was observed, which indicates a stable operation of Q-switching in the YDFL cavity. This is the first demonstration of the use of ZnPc as Q-switcher in 1-micron wavelength region.
